ABOUT IYENGAR YOGA
What is Iyengar yoga?
Iyengar Yoga is a very practical way of accessing your Self through the use of arms and legs. The original yoga guideline was written by Patanjali. Iyengar Yoga embodies the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and makes the seemingly impossible, possible.

Iyengar Yoga is for every single body. Props are often used to prick awareness. Oftentimes people are not aware of regions of the body until there is discomfort. For those arriving in pain, props provide freedom for muscles to be re-informed so that intelligence may flow evenly throughout.
